FGAS Regulations
The FGAS Regulation and Ozone Regulations are EC Regulation 842/2006, which came into force in July 2007 and EC Regulation 1005/2009, which came into force in January 2010.
These regulations impose legal responsibilities upon the owners and operators of stationary systems containing 3Kgs or more of HFC and HCFC refrigerants, and are sumarised in the “F-Gas Support Information Sheet RAC3”
