Energy Performance
Seward Refrigeration are able to offer a service as part of your tailer made service and maintenance programme where we will monitor the oil in your compressors to make sure that there is no contamination build-up that can affect the performance of the compressor. By keeping a check on the thickness and clarity on a regular basis, this will help prevent breakdowns, damage and loss of production. The best measure is to also check on the refrigerant at the same time so by having a combined analysis you are able to check that the compressor is working to its optimum performance.
How we can help….
At Seward Refrigeration
Key things that we look out for are excess moisture, excess oil, possible rust and chemical pollution as well as looking for non condensables (gases).
Once we have taken the sample, we then send these off and have them analysed in a laboratory. Should the results highlight any issues we are then able to create an action plan to help prevent future contaminations and possible breakdowns. By being proactive this means we are able find solutions quickly before it becomes a costly event.
