When we carry out these reports we will look and analyse all aspects of the plant and create a detailed report showing clear photographic evidence and an explanation of what work needs to be carried out to comply with the regulations of your plant.

For example, the report may indicate that you need to look at your HT (High Temperature) and LT (Low Temperature) on your compressor packs, increase the coverage of your ammonia alarm system by expansion or replacement to a brand new system or even why your evaporator fans are not operating to their full potential. The report will also make sure we advise you on making sure your system is completely safe and up to date on all the current regulations, for example informing you that you must make sure you have a current ammonia risk assessment to hand; ensuring that you are compliant with HSE L8 regulations (dip sides, 6 monthly clean/chlorination, legionella testing regime)  Or even requesting that you clearly display a P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) within your plant / control room for quick identification.  We will look at everything!
